The chair is beautiful and so comfortable. However, there was a problem in that the chair would only recline a few inches and a would not return to sitting position. I contacted seller who quickly provided a list of things to check or reset. Unfortunately, none fixed the problem and I advised seller. Today I was contacted by seller that a replacement chair was on it's way. Now that is customer service! Thank You.
