Easy to set up, looks nice Customer service hands down gets 5 stars! We were missing middle support beam for upper and lower called, filled a short little form out, had a question called she looked it up for me and helped me through it ( needed part number and hubby threw away instructions with that on there) she was so helpful and had Oren right away- and even tho they only sent one of the two I emailed them and they apologized and had the other one in a few days. The entire thing was the best experience with customer service ever!!! Super nice, helpful, and fast with shipping!
Onto putting this together: 3/4 stars as I was not the one who put it together I heard lots of swearing out of hubby while he was putting it together. He did not enjoy it and took him a few hours to do so. Some pictures didnt make sense right away.
End result: my girls ( 2 and 4) love it! Well worth it! - also because I didnt put it together!
