Update: So I have been trying since May 22nd to get ahold of the company no response to email and when you call the voice mail is full. Very bad customer service.
I bought this is June of 2021 and have had no problems with it until last night when the foot rest decided it was going to break. The one side feels like a screw came out and it wont close properly. Thankfully I always buy warranties on everything I can.Strong one.
