I actually do not have all the bed parts, only one box was delivered but I can see the quality of the product and I can tell it will be fairly easy to assemble once I get all the parts. It appears to be pretty sturdy, too, just from the parts I have. However, I give this company five stars for their customer service. Their representative, Stephanie, has gone above an beyond to solve a shipping problem; they refunded my shipping charges and promised a full refund for the bed if I didnt receive the 2nd box. Somehow, they got a poor rating from me because of my initial inquiry. I have not been able to find their order to remove third party ratings, so Im hoping people who see this will know this is a company that backs their products. Buy it! What are you waiting for?
