This is a great really sturdy real wood bed. The fact it was real pine and not MDF was a huge piece for buying this bed. Took less than 4 hours to put together and the hardware and packaging were easy to understand and packaged well. My son loves it and I even added an LED light strip underneath in the hideout so he has some light to hang out and read or do whatever. This bed when delivered is heavy (see real wood comment) so it will definitely take two people to carry to the build location. Probably good to have two people build it also as some of the longer pieces would make it easy. unless building things together starts a fight.then best to plan more time for one.
