Nice that it came in one box. The challenge was the vacuum pack with 2 foam cushions was inflated. It took 20 minutes and 2 people to get it out from the side frame it was stored in. Look at the picture instructions very carefully to ensure you are using the correct screws for each step. Do not tighten until the back and seats are assembled. Then work on attaching the sides while resting the seat on a box or other firm surface to make sure the screws go in straight. It took us about 4 hours to put together because of the hand tools that came with it and a missing nut that required a trip to the hardware store.(we didnt have a spare nut) The set is comfortable and overall we are happy with it.
