I was about to cancel order when product finally arrived. Now, I believe the issue was with federal express not the seller. The product seemed to remain in a centralized fed ex hub for an extended period of time!
Always allow yourself plenty of time for assembly and follow directions to the letter It took me (alone) about 90 minutes after having to undue and reassemble small portion.
