Overall this is a good cabinet. I purchased the protection plan as well. and I'm glad I'm did because I feel like this is not as sturdy as I was hoping.
The overall height dimension is not correct on the product image. As you can see in the image I had attached, the island's top levels with my kitchen counter which means it is 36 with wheels included(in case that is important to you) I purchased this, hoping to not to have to use the wheel, but ended up having to add them because I didn't want this island to be shorter than my kitchen counters.
Also, the top is NOT STEEL. it must be aluminum, since it's not magnetic. It is beautiful only if you keep it clean at all times.
