I needed to contact the vendor because initially it appeared as if parts were missing, parts had been misplaced when unpacking and were found after contacting the vendor. The vendor responded quickly to my inquiry and offered numerous solutions for the issue including picking up the island and issuing a refund. However, we did not need to do that because all parts were found. I would do business with Yaheeteck in the future knowing they stand behind their products.
