My chair arrived boxed well, it seems very well made and comfortable. However, the bolts that attach the base to the bottom of the chair were missing. There was a note directing you to all the possible hiding places where these bolts could be, none of which produced any bolts. Luckily my husband has a wealth of bolts and was able to find four the exact size we needed. This chair is just what I was looking for, and would recommend it.
Update!! Bolts were found when my husband went to throw out the packing material. They were tucked between two pieces of styrofoam! Perfect chair for my needs. Nice product.
