This arrived in less than a week (shipped from New Jersey to Michigan). The package arrived in good condition with no damages to the carton. Everything was packed neatly inside and all parts were there. The bed slats have velcro to attach to the bedframe and hold in place. The velcro also holds all slats together too, its one running piece of velcro per side. Additionally there were pre-drilled holes to screw the slats to the bed frame. It took my husband about 30 minutes to install it. The bed is solid and wasnt too difficult to assemble. The directions were good and he only needed a few tools, most importantly his cordless screwdriver. Once put together we put the king mattress on it. It looks good and sits at a nice height off the floor without a box spring under the mattress. I will take a picture later in the week and upload it to the review. Nice job , Im a satisfied customer.
