My granddaughter loves her bed. My 22 year old son assembled it for his niece all by himself. There were times gravity was hastling him but that is not the manufactures fault. Once I went in to see how he was doing I saw his struggle and held the other end while he finished. The only time things did not align up for was when he had it the wrong direction. We ended up short one screw but it is not a major support so we just ignored it. Now when my granddaughter stays with us she sometimes needs snuggled to sleep, which means she falls asleep in someone's bed and moving her over is not difficult or on many occasions my son will lay with her on her bed while she falls asleep. No strain from the adult weight on the bed frame seems to show.
