This is a nice looking patio set. My handyman did have an issue assembling, in fact 1 chair he was not able to attach the arm, but the company has promised to send a new chair back. I was disappointed with the color of the chair cushions as I ordered the tan/beige, and received more a grey set.
Company has offered to compensate me and I will buy better color cushions to go with my sofa and chair set. The customer service was very easy to deal with, and the issues were resolved in 3 days to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again, because they go out of there way to keep customers happy. Well made and packaged.
