This is such a solid product and is very well designed. Came in one flat box, all pieces were in the headboard (zipper storage in the back). Everything needed for assembly was included as well /Allen wrench and a ratchet. This is the second one Ive purchased. The first one was a couple years back and it did not come with the ratchet. Im glad they added this as it made the build go smoothly. The product is sturdy and well build. Everything fit together nice and tight. HIGHLY recommended!
