The bed itself was great, just a few minor issues. The package was a little damaged, and one of the bed pieces was slightly damaged. Since the damage part would be facing the wall, I didnt worry about it. Some of the pieces were a little off with the hardware- definitely massed produced (just found a few replacement screws that would work better- one screw hole was longer distance than it needed to be so had to get a longer screw and a few washers- but I made it work). The end result was awesome, and the girls love their new bed. The only thing that sucked was the waiting for it to arrive. I ordered it in april, then the same week I was suppose to be getting it, I received a noticing saying it was out of stock. So then I had to wait another week. Got a wrong notice saying it was in florida, when it wasnt.... but yeah it eventually came and am still very happy about the purchase. Very comfortable, worth the money
