Have owned this frame for about three months now. Absolutely over the moon with the quality and design. My wife and I both love mid/century modern furniture, and this fits the bill and was super cheap as well! So let me go through why I love this frame.
1. The packaging: When dropped off the box we were horrified to see that it looked like it had been stepped on or partially crushed. Devastated!! But when we opened the box, we were greeted with.another box. The outer box took the damage and the inner box was absolutely fine. Clever!
2. Instructions/Tools: Wow, could sure learn from these guys. Most instructions you look at as if looking at ancient hieroglyphics, wondering where your Rosetta stone was (or, laughing at the poor Chinese translations). Not this one, totally clear. PLUS, they give you a ratchet allen wrench that is just awesome! Ive used this little guy on a number of other flat pack projects, just great.
3. Assembly: Fairly quick, though I will note the point when you attach the long side beams to the headboard, its very handy to have an extra set of hands. I didnt, and it took me a few more minutes than it should have. My bad.
4. Finished product: Just lovely. Absolutely lovely to look at and sleep on.
5. Final bits: 3 months on, frame is still excellent. We have, uhm.ahhahem.done a fair amount of strenuous testing and can happily report no squeaks or shakes.
If you like the look, then just get one. We are still over the moon with our purchase Perfect for my needs.
