In the end we had to order six different chairs to be able to piece together two chairs. Parts were missing, scraped up, chipped and fabric torn. In the package it states to contact the manufacture but only gives you an email address. The email address will go to your spam folder and they will tell you that they cant send you any parts and to contact . says that you should contact the manufacture. This is absolutely ridiculous! They look very beautiful when put together but buyer beware!
