I took my desk chair from home to work because it would not slide all the way under my home desk. After searching, I decided on this as a replacement because the arms lift, making it perfect for what I needed. I am also very pleasantly surprised with the comfort of this chair. I teach from home all day on the computer on alternating days so I am sitting a lot. The bottom cushion is very thick and the back is nice and high. It lowers and raises easily and rolls smoothly on 5 wheels, making it very balanced. It is great to sit at for long periods of time and I dont feel any fatigue as it is very supportive.
