shipping was extremely fast, received the product in perfect condition. very impressed with the packaging. roughly 2 hours to build. there was no instructions in the box, so I had to go to their website to download the instructions. also came with a set of white knobs in the box, incase we did not want to use the maple colored ones. perfect bed for my 7 year old.
