Had recently written a not-so-great review because I had gotten one part for a queen size in my full size frame pkg. They contacted me and sent an entirely new frame. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service! I will say this... it took almost 3 hrs for 2 people to assemble, so READ THE DIRECTIONS! But its a beautiful bed. Ill add pics soon.
