We are very sad with this purchase. The box that the trampoline arrived in had holes, and due to this we are missing quite a few items required for safety and completion of the trampoline.
Exact missing pieces - 2 springs, 6 eye bolts with nuts and washers, 4 carriage bolts with nuts and washers and 2 spring bushings.
We do not want to return this; however, we require the missing items be sent immediately.
