We have a small kitchen. Its the perfect size. If you know how to put things together properly you wont have any issues. Weve had it up for a few weeks eating on it every day and table holds up fine. No its not real wood which should be self explanatory from the price. Its a very nice table on a budget! Highly recommend works great.
