I really wanted to love these chairs. They have a great look, but the velvet fabric is definitely flawed. There are multiple spots like this on both of my chairs where the velvet fabric is worn off. I had hoped maybe it was just a shipping thing and that the dents would fill out eventually but they have not. We were also missing a screw from the packaging. They are not even when sitting on the floor either. Fast service.
