Product is fine but company needs to fix common missing key issue
The filing cabinet was just what I was looking for. The lower rating of due to the fact that there was no key. A locking filing cabinet is pretty useless if there is no key. From the other reviewers it looks like this is very common and that keys are left floating in the boxes when they are found. I wanted to contact the company but I could not find any info.
