Missing part and customer service never replied to my inquiry.
This came to get together very easily and is quite comfortable but I was missing one of the wood buttons that covers the screws. I decided to keep it and just contact the manufacturer to get another part and nobody has ever responded back to me.
Waiting. For the part!!
