I bought two of these beds. They came in two separate deliveries which was a huge disappointment because I had to wait another day for the main part of the beds. Then I was missing a pack of screws that were needed for the trundle/drawers. Then I finally get one bed put together after two days, and the trundle/drawer part wont slide in and out properly. You have to slowly slide it in and out at just the right angle for it to look right.
Assembly is not easy and could be explained a lot more thoroughly. I have to go find the screws I need tomorrow to finish the second bed. Not happy with this whole process.
They did offer to refund me 20.00 for the missing screws. That was nice. Not as easy as people say.
