Takes all of 10 min to figure out how to assemble and is comfortable to sit in. It does not hold the shape you see in the picture and rather flops onto itself when empty, more of an aesthetic nitpick. The included hook does look weak but 2 at the hardware store you can get whatever hook or carabiner that you feel comfortable with. Kids like sitting in it and swaying. Well made and packaged.
