When putting together the chair swing, you have to insert 3 metal tubes into each other and push in metal buttons to secure bars as well as the rope for the chair. When I pushed in the metal button on 2 bars the metal buttons stayed stuck inside, now the rope is not secure. I have contacted the seller for a new metal bar and will update this review soon.
Update: the seller very quickly sent me a new one and now the chair is perfect!! We love it, because it is comfortable and looks great on the patio! I love this!
