Got this for Christmas for my 2 year old son. Its perfect size for him but the zipper is defective. It doesnt zip smoothly and after using it 2 times, the grooves in the zipper started to come out of place. Its like the net is too tight so its pulling on the zipper. The rest of the trampoline seems sturdy and good quality. But now its a safety issue and it cant be zipped.
I contacted the manufacturer and their customer service responded quickly and efficiently. They sent us a new net with a better zipper in less than a week and it works great! Quality and service has been great! I am changing my 2 stars to 5 stars.
