I had been having some trouble with packages arriving damaged, and the box for this desk looked like it had busted open, things were shoved back in, and it was barely re-taped together. This wasnt the first time something like this happened, so it seems more like a problem with the carriers in this area and not the companies who send the packages. The desk itself wasnt damaged (it is really good quality material) but there were two pieces missing. I contacted the company and they very quickly reached out to their manufacturer and had them send me what I needed. Now that Ive been able to finish putting it together it is a great desk. It only took me about 30-45 minutes total to assemble, the wood is beautiful, and its very sturdy. I highly recommend this desk!
