5 stars easily for delivery / the drivers were nice enough to haul it to the second floor which was hugely appreciated. The couch itself looks really nice but isnt incredibly comfortable / the two cushions that were vacuum sealed didnt return to its normal shape, especially the longer chaise cushion. It made the chaise look/feel uneven which Im hoping will adjust overtime.
