It is what it is for the price. It hasnt fully expanded but based on the other reviews and it being so springy I purchased a 2 inch memory foam topper with it / an extra 50. Ill update my review with the topper, but should help with the firmness. The cushions do have zippers so it should be easy to insert. Otherwise a decent couch
