When it arrived I was concerned because the packaging looked beat up, but the loveseat was well packaged and there was no damage. Its really easy to assemble, no hardware involved. I assembled it myself in about 15 minutes. Ill be honest here: I bought this for my dogs to use so they have a way to kick back and look outside the windows which they enjoy. I did sit on it andit was on the firm side but not uncomfortable. Ill probably get another one for them. Its small enough to fit into a decent sized bedroom or small room.
