Holds things. I waited to write this review just to give it time to get worn out. Upon receiving the couch, it wasnt extremely hard to set up but it did take a lot of time and effort. The couch itself is really stiff and I much rather sit in my bed to watch TV than sit on the couch to be honest. After about 14 months of having it, it hasnt really sunk in at all and remained pretty firm. Its pretty small so its perfect for a small apartment, but not comfortable to lay on or sit for long periods of time.
