All the parts arrived in two boxes. I set it up myself and following instructions made it quite manageable. I did need help carrying the heavy boxes up to the second floor. The headboard is quite tall, and I should have measured better so it fit in the room with a low ceiling.
It looks great and was very solid at first. In two months the headboard has become wobbly; I think leaning on it as a backrest is normal wear and tear so not sure why it moves now. By wobbly, I mean an inch or so, not too dramatic. I havent tried tightening the bolts so may be an easy fix. Overall it was a great buy and worth every penny. It looks much more expensive than it is. I am actually looking for another bed from same manufacturer. Nice find. easy assemble, exactly as expected, space saver.
