Couch is small and very firm like the other review suggest but I actually dont mind the firmness and it does look very nice. Mine had some issues and was missing a small piece, the customer service people worked quickly to help me resolve my problems and in the end fully refunded me but also let me keep the couch. Which really took away the hassle of having to ship it back.
