Ok. Very happy, overall, the headboard is lower than what is pictured in the picture, about 40 inches with 16 inches above an 11 inch mattress. Assembly was pretty easy in spite of the pictograph instructions just a little confusion on my part which was the head to foot access and side to side, which probably would not be a big deal on a queen but on a they are about the samehint, the L brackets go to the side. Overall, VERY easy to assemble, unfold some metal framing, and legs, about 2 dozen allen head bolts to tighten and done. has 9 legs overall, the four in the corners are plastic, I dont see that as a big deal because there are 3 steel legs in the center and one on each side of the bed. The mattress sits on top of the upholstered side and foot rails, the slats have Velcro on one side to hold them in place. I have to say, overall this frame feels rock solid and there should be no concern about stability, noise or movement. It is lower overall than my last bed I had a 4 poster that stood 32 inches off the floor, this is 26 with a 11 mattress, I was going for a lower sleeker look and got what I wanted. One warning, the box is HEAVY, I had to unpack it where fed ex left it and bring the pieces in one at a time, all the parts are inside the headboard which does induce a where is the rest of it moment until you figure it out. Also a huge membership warehouse store that starts with a C sells it as part of a package for about 50 more.
Nice Bed
