I didnt even end up opening the box before returning it. The product arrived late, but the most concerning part was reading reviews about bed bugs in 3 different years, the most recent in 2020. That tells me the brand does not care about very basic and important health measures or even fixing a major problem that would be a big pain to solve for any customer.
