I find the product to be just as it is described. My experience with it is that the product arrived damaged, twice. The first time I must admit that they were fast to replace it, but to have it arrived damaged for a second time is beyond words. Either they dont care about customer satisfaction, or is growing so much, and so fast the it is impacting the quality of its deliveries and/or they are just hiring anyone to handle deliveries, which again, ends up impacting their customer service negatively.
