This sofa is very well designed to be comfortable and functional in a multitude of modes.
The armrest and sides are stiff enough to sit on or set drinks down without worrying about it tipping over.
You can lean the back cushions to where the armrests are to create a nice lounge chair without converting it into a whole bed.
The seat cushions are solid but not uncomfortable. You don’t sink into the couch, which was my biggest problem with our old couch.
I think the sliding rails could have tighter tolerances when you pull the front seat out, but it stays sturdy once the legs are propped out.
Overall very happy with it and highly recommended.
