Honestly this futon rocks and deserves 5 stars. But after putting it together and unfolding it, theres a 2 inch rip right in the middle. You literally cant miss it. Your eyes go to it immediately lol! Plus on the arm cushion corner there is some wear and tear already. I really do like this futon but I cant have this big ole rip on the back. And its just gong to get bigger. Thank you for the excellent customer service
