The product is very comfortable I searched a while for a heavy duty bunk bed. I wanted a bed that could hold adults and this was exactly what I needed. Real wood with metal bolts and nuts. I put this together myself in 2 hours with an electric drill. Spend the extra 300-400 bucks and get a solid bunk bed rather than beds made out of glued wood. Happy with my purchase.
