I read a lot of reviews before buying this fan and I must say I found the positive ones to be correct. I put this in our 10x14ft living room. Fairly easy to put up for someone thats already done a few. Mine was very balanced already and doesnt move at all on high speed. Moves a good amount of air and does so quietly. The light is enough for us cause we also have lamps in the room. The light is dimmable and works well. Im going to buy another one for my mom.
