Bought the fan and installed in our bedroom. The fan itself looks very nice. The installation was supposed to be easy but the instruction guide came with it was written poorly. It took both of us over 2 hours to figure out all the parts putting together. The remote came with it didnt work on the timing functions (1H, 4H, 8H). Emailed Customer Service and received a response from Danny very quickly. He amazed me with his quick response and willingness to send a replacement remote/receiver. Even it was a weekend, Danny always responded my email in a timely manner. Got the replacement receiver/remote few days later via . Replaced the remote and it works fine with all features.
There are some cons: 1) the blades need to be balanced; otherwise, the fan will be wobbled when it was speed 3 or higher. I had to purchase a weight balance kit and after balancing it, the fan is running steady without any wobbling. 2) when installing battery to the remote, ignore the sign (+/-) marking; it is incorrectly marked; just install the battery as you do install on other equipment receiver.
However, good customer services from Danny made this purchase worthy. My 4 star rating is based on his awesome support.
