It is always a little unnerving to order furniture on the internet especially a large piece such as a couch. I read reviews of this couch on several websites and finally bit the bullet and ordered it. I wanted the Oatmeal color and I was able to find the last one on the internet at the time. This seller shipped it in a reasonable amount of time and then it appeared to be lost in transit for a few days. But, it was found and showed up at our front door. With trepidation I opened the box and instantly fell in love with the couch. It looks terrific in our living room and I am relieved. Like other reviews said it is a very stiff couch but that is what I wanted. So, if you are looking for a couch that you can sink into than this is not for you. Thumbs up on this couch.
