This is the 2nd piece of furniture I have purchased from this company, the prices are really affordable for real wood furniture...no cheap heavy laminate here! Its just pine, but the finish is smooth and dark enough it fits right in with my high end pieces. The directions were good, only needed help hanging the doors.....but I am good at assemble it yourself furniture, your mileage may vary. Cant be beat for accent pieces for hard to fit spaces.
