Box didnt arrive torn to pieces, contents inside were not damaged in any way and looked beautiful. Assembly was very straightforward (I goofed once and assembled the top bunk wrong and had to reassemble in order to use the ladder) and the finished product looks great. Very happy with this purchase! Well made. It was just what I wanted.
