As a 66 yr old grandma I was extremely proud of myself when I assembled this myself. Instructions were easy to follow. I had it together in about an hour. FYI. Take advantage of the rachet enclosed. Made it much easier when I figured that out. Bed seems sturdy although it hasnt been used yet but great for my spare bedroom. I felt was a good buy. It looks pretty good.
