For the price we paid, we honestly were expecting a so/so, rickety feeling frame. Just needed something fast. At each step of assembly, we were pleasantly surprised. All of the parts were packed perfectly, all were there (some even neatly tucked in a zippered compartment in the back of the headboard). Instructions were clear, everything fit together and all the holes lined up without any trouble at all. They even included a ratcheting allen wrench for the fasteners. The wooden support slats are all attached to a velcro strip, just rolled it out and they all line up evenly and stay in place.
Finished product looks great and feels very sturdy. The geometric pattern in the headboard is well defined and looks impressive. Its nice to be pleased with a purchase for a change rather than wondering if its worth the trouble to send it back. Good product and good workmanship Zinus.
