Can not say enough good things about this bed. It arrived in 2 packages one day apart so I was concerned when both packages didnt arrive at the same time but a quick call to SouthShore straightened all of that out. Packages did arrive early so if you purchase the product keep an eye on tracking times for delivery. The boxes had some dings so I was concerned about something maybe being broken but when I opened the packages they were very very well packed and all was good to go! I had read in the earlier reviews that the boxes would be heavy and indeed they were. I opened everything in our garage and then carried a couple of pieces to the floor that we wanted the bed in at a time. It took me about 2 hours after getting everything upstairs to put the bed together but I took my time. Instructions are very clear as to what piece goes where and where to have the unfinished and finished sides placed at. All of the boards were very clearly stamped as well. So as long as you dont get in a rush, and take your time you will be good to go. Very pleased with how sturdy it came out and it looks great in our guest room. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing more storage. Only down is we tried to find a headboard with a little storage to fit our bed but it was only available in white and we purchased the black so we just added some cube storage at the top as a headboard. Hope to post picture soon. All in all LOVE the product and ease of putting together!
